This Episode covers several topics from the possible expansion of the NCAA basketball tournament. They want to go from 68 to 72 teams, not for the little guy or mid majors. They want to give more spots to the middle of the Power 4 conferences.
I spent time on the math again and cut myself off , so you didn't run away from the show.
I discussed the purposed changes to NIL rules and structure. Why it would be good for the athletes and what would be bad for all of us.
Friday 8/9/24 News dump, brings us several slices of life of college sports. From Deon's possible lack of player discipline, with a team rumored out of controlled like the White House Dallas Cowboys. From there we travel to that school up north. Their former coach was hit with a NCAA penalty and why I believe there is some gamesmanship going on between the NCAA v. Michigan. Lastly, the much celebrated House case agreement and the possible sabotage of the agreement via another case that was left out of the agreement.
