With the Hot story on the University of Michigan Football signal/Signs stealing. I thought I finally had enough background to discuss it, so I did. First, I dug into the mail bag to read a text from a world traveler. Then I discussed a rule change in College Football substitution rule and how the DEFENSE has figured out how to win the battle of play running tempo.
