An old friend is back to be discussed again. The College football transfer portal never sleeps. Sorry, I never care who's in it. I'm here to give facts an update on how it works and who benefits from it and who loses. NCAA gets blame for it, the College Presidents and A.D.'s are the real people behind this mess. Leaders who listen to whiney and bitchy coaches. Coaches who want it both ways , knowing some desk jockey will catch the heat for rule changes that the coaches beg for. What are next possible steps and could this all lead to mass hysteria or contracts for athletes.
