NCAA President Charlie Baker has presented the frame work for a new Sub-Division in the FBS/Power 4, B1G, ACC, BIG XII, SEC and Notre Dame. This is the start of a long much needed discussion and mind set change in D-1 big money sports. Making the student athlete a partner in decisions on spending. Making direct payment to athletes trust funds. While keeping everything under the NCAA with people much happier. I talk about who will win and will lose if this become the way of life in College sports. I took a look at what could change, what could say close to the same.
