Now, Walter helps Companies, teams , school and every day people build a strong culture in their life, team and business. Working with his wife, they built a strong program to assist you build a better way to preform and obtain your goals. He has with Jersey Mike's Gopher Men's Basketball and the Cleveland Browns to name few to build as strong working and team building environment, for success.

(My Parents, My God Father Ed Crenshaw, Scout Master William Watkins, Coaches Richard Perry, Travis Brown, James Blaylock , EQ MGR Dick Mattson, Harry Broadfoot and Head Athletic Jim Marshall. ) None more than Coach Lawrence Walls. We called him Coach, the big Man and jokingly and Daddy Walls. He had an effect on so many young men & women in the Inner City of St. Louis(AKA as The Ville.) We discussed growing the Ville and how he was hand picked to the Bulldogs football program. How his big break was being mentored by the Legendary Grambling Coach football Eddie Robinson. How he had expectations for those connected with the program to give their best on and off the field. He and Coach Perry were a gateway to college for so many young men.
